The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Kevin and Chloe’s Family Grows – New Year’s Gift For Dynamic Couple

Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) was stunned on ‘The Young and the Restless’. He never expected the woman he’s loved more than anyone to give him this type of gift.

No, it wasn’t a late Christmas present related to some fanciful ‘Khloe’ experience that would have created a nice memory, or some material possession that would have been used and then discarded in time. Instead, Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) told her soul mate that she’s having what will be their second baby.

Hardcore Y&R fans were thrilled to see longtime cast members Rikaart and Hendrickson get some screen time with this emerging storyline. While both actors rejoined the cast on a recurring basis earlier this year, their alter egos hadn’t been seen in awhile.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Conflict With Adam Newman Over

Kevin remains thankful to his brother, Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc), for helping him to escape Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) clutches. Together, Rikaart’s character, Chloe, and their first-born daughter, Bella Fisher (Martie Blair), have been living happily.

The past was filled with reckless pursuits, split equally between Kevin and Chloe. Hendrickson’s character was once obsessed with Billy Abbott (as then played by Billy Miller). That connection produced Delia Abbott (as originally played by Sophie Pollono) and led to tragedy, as ‘Chilly’s’ daughter is believed to have been accidentally run down by a sport utility vehicle that Adam (as then played by Michael Muhney) was driving.

Y&R Spoilers – Putting The Past Behind Them

Chloe’s inability to deal with the quest for revenge her grief produced compelled her to try and kill Adam on a number of occasions. Thankfully for Adam, Chloe, and Kevin, she always failed.

Kevin helped Chloe to deal with her final, failed attempt to get rid of Adam earlier this year. She took a shot at her nemesis when he was living at the tack house on the Newman Ranch. Ironically, her action restored Adam’s memory. Y&R’s latest recast of this character had believed he was a high stakes poker player named Spider.

Now, blissfully living at the Chancellor estate these past months with Esther Valentine (Kate Linder), Kevin and Khloe have experienced the type of normal family existence that they’ve long desired.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Keep Khloe Going In 2020

Here’s hoping that news of Chloe’s pregnancy means Hendrickson and Rikaart will be seen regularly in 2020. They are terrific actors, individually and as a duo.

Soap operas can be about drama, but these shows should also include healthy amounts of upbeat arcs and light-hearted humor. There’s no denying that this unit delivers everything daytime fans want. Y&R’s audience will support Kevin, Chloe, Bella, and whoever the next member of their family will be.
