By the time they meet back up, Lily needs to talk to him, but he’s smack in the middle of a meeting with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan). She doesn’t think it’s wise to involve Amanda, so Lily pushes to talk to Billy in private.

Now, Amanda does get suspicious, but she could assume it’s personal rather than about the case. So, Amanda leaves and this gives Lily the chance to share explosive information with Billy.
