Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) has to be given credit on ‘The Young and the Restless’. She’s probably gone beyond what most wives would do when they’ve confirmed that their most significant other is open to love with another woman, who, in this case, is Sharon (Sharon Case).
Is Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) Mia’s soul mate? That’s a good question, as it increasingly looks like she is attempting to hold Sharon off for reasons that are more about blocking a competitor than reaffirming whatever feelings once existed between ‘Mey’, or ‘Ria’ if one prefers.
There seems no doubt that Mia cares for Rey. She traveled across many states to be with her husband. Miami, Florida, is also many people’s preferred destination, over Genoa City, Wisconsin, most especially now that winter has arrived!

Hosting a Christmas party, in the Rosales’ modest apartment was a good idea. Mia invited Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Arturo (Jason Canela), Kyle (Michael Mealor), Lola’s (Sasha Calle) deepening romantic connection, and Sharon. On all three counts, Mia scored points.
Rey knows that Abby is the girlfriend of Mia’s first love. Having her present reminds Rey that Arturo has moved on and therefore isn’t a real threat.

Lola openly expressed displeasure with her sister-in-law having followed her brothers to Genoa City. However, Mia has often offered supportive advice to Rey’s little sister. Yes, Rey sees that the two family ladies in his life have been getting along.
And then there’s Sharon. The chemistry between Rey and his very single co-worker is evident to any who see them. Mia remains keenly aware of the major threat that Sharon embodies and is tactically using the good cop-bad cop approach. The result is that Sharon has been mostly pushed off and remains on the edge where Rey is concerned.
Mrs. Rosales’ greatest foe is herself, which has seemingly long been true. While smart and attractive, her repeated defensiveness makes Rey ever-uneasy.
If this atmosphere persists, Rey will eventually walk out the door, go down the steps, enter Crimson Lights, and embrace Sharon. That scenario seems inevitable, which drives Mia’s actions in a potentially unbreakable cycle.

I would love for Sharon to get with Rey bcuz they look really good together. Plus she wouldn’t have to be reminded of what Phyllis and Nick have done to her. Change is good.
I am on the fence about this one! yes Sharon and Rey look good together but her heart really belong to Nick. I think that Rey and Mia needs to be together she just might just be with child after the night that they had had in the past
Please bring another guy on for Sharon .I just don’t see the chemistry, nor do I want to.
Team Mia. Sharon is a crazy bird. Mia made a mistake just as Sharon made hundreds
