Elena Dawson Confesses

Y&R spoilers for Monday reveal that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is ready to take the next step in his relationship. When Nate suggests that Elena move in with him, she is stunned. Elena wasn’t expecting that conversation and doesn’t know what to say. In Monday’s episode, Elena will think about Nate’s offer but will also make a confession. Then, there are the issues with Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) and Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle). Nick is feeling as if he’s not welcome or thought of by his own family. Being one of the last to find out about Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) being alive and the homecoming party just reinforced that to Nick.

I would like to see Elana and Nate have some stronger, more interesting stories in the new year. I would also like to see some ordinary, everyday drama. It doesn't always have to be hypocritical temper tantrums with characters. Everyday life can cause drama. Someone could get burned working in the coffee shop ie Faith, Elana could come to the rescue. Mariah and Tessa can have some real estate drama trying to buy their dream home, Gloria could come and save the day. Nikki or Connor could have a fall from a horse. There are plenty of other stories that don't revolve around constant hypocrisy or love triangles, and they don't take much imagination, just a desire to want to entertain viewers and fans with fresh new stories. And write them so they can soon end if they don't work or carry on a little longer if fans are enjoying them.
