Devon has been struggling ever since Abby and Chance took their baby back. Abby had left her son with Devon and he got even more attached to the child. Despite Devon signing a legal contract, he suddenly wants it changed.

It’s not just more time that he wants with Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware). Devon actually told Chance and Abby that he wanted overnight visits. Devon even suggested that Dominic could have his own room at his place. Abby told Devon that the agreement was not changing.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday reveal that Amanda will continue to support Devon’s decision. Amanda believes that Devon’s request is not unreasonable. However, Chance and Abby might disagree with that. Will this actually end up going to court, or is there a happy ending for everyone involved?

The situation is even more complicated due to the fact that “Chabby” and Devon are supposed to be friends. Plus, how will Mariah feel when she learns that Devon is pursuing shared custody? Will she decide that she should be entitled to shared custody of Dominic as well?
