The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Who Is Abby Newman’s Surrogate?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal the sad news that Abby Newman has learned that she cannot bear children. She has to much scarring on her uterus for an egg to attach. But she is making healthy eggs, so theoretically she can take another route to having a baby if she and her newlywed husband Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) chose to go that route.

If Abby considers a surrogate, there are plenty of people in Genoa City who could conceivably (pun intended) help her out with a womb rental. Here are three stunning possibilities for this very scenario.

Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) has been in key scenes with Abby lately, talking with her about her hopes and dreams of being a mom. Mariah is a solid friend and there is no doubt she would at least consider being a surrogate for Abby if she asked her.

Mariah is young and healthy and stable and as such she is a good candidate to carry Abby’s baby. What else does she do all day anyway?

Y&R Spoilers – Traci Abbott

Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) is another character who TPTB have chosen to have Abby talk to about her pregnancy goals. Traci was there to help her after she learned the bad news that her scarring from a past miscarriage would get in the way of a future pregnancy. Tracy is arguably the nicest Abbott female and we could totally see her wanting to help out her niece. Plus, grandmas are routinely carrying their own grandchildren these days so why not an aunt?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lola Rosales

For some reason there has been lots of dialogue lately about Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) and her biological clock. Most recently it happened at the Shey wedding. That got fans to speculating in socials about Sasha becoming a mom soon. She could become a mom of sorts if she becomes Abby’s surrogate.

She and Abby have formed a familiar bond as friends and as employee and boss. It would be problem for Lola to get time off for morning sickness whenever she needed it, no questions asked!

We can even see a scenario in which Lola becomes attached to the baby and Abby finds a more complicated situation than she bargained for.
