Will Judith Chapman (Gloria Fisher) Return To The Young and the Restless When Filming Returns?

CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers and updates tease that Judith Chapman is addressing rumors about a possible return to CBS’s The Young and the Restless. She portrayed glorious Gloria Fisher from 2005 until 2018 and her fans have been vocal about wanting the beautiful and talented star back on the canvas.

Is that about to happen? It would be fantastic to see Gloria back in Genoa City, reunited with sons Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) and Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc).

In fact, there is a great reason for her to return since Kevin and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) are about to have a baby.

The Young and the Restless spoilers – Will Judith Chapman return as Gloria Fisher?

The Y&R fan-favorite spoke about her character earlier this month when she participated in 6 Blocks Apart, a YouTube show hosted by General Hospital’s Tristan Rogers (Robert Scorpio). Rogers has also portrayed Colin Atkinson on The Young and the Restless.

Rogers was joined by his wife Theresa and their friends for the show, which he has described as being about, “Everything and nothing, and the longer we go on, the more about nothing it seems to be.”

It was actually Roger’s wife who asked Chapman if she knew anything about Gloria returning to Y&R. Chapman responded, “There are always these rumors. Now that they’ve run out of shows, these reruns … Are we going to get some residuals out of this Tristan?”

She was referring to the fact that the show is on hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic and as a result of running out of original content the soap is now showing repeats.

Rogers responded, “No!” to Chapman’s question. Next, he explained that most of those are signed away, although every once in a while he gets something and has no idea where it came from.

Later Chapman said that she’s noticed her social media followers are rising, probably because of the encore episodes.

Back to the original question, Chapman said she has no idea if she will return as Gloria!

The show went on to address other topics including how she got into acting, her soap debut (as Natalie Bannon Hughes on As the World Turns in 1975), and her stage roles.
