Young And The Restless News: Justin Hartley Divorce Shocker – This Is Us Actor Splits From Chrishell Hartley

Former The Young and the Restless star Justin Hartley is officially back on the market.  According to official reports, Justin Hartley and Chrishell Hartley have filed for divorce.

TMZ broke the shocking break-up news and reported, “It’s almost like this came out of the blue. Justin and Chrishell were together just last week, so something seems to have happened.  The couple has no children together, so custody won’t be an issue. It’s unclear if they have a prenup. BTW, Justin has one child from a previous marriage.”

The divorce certainly was unexpected, but interestingly, Justin Hartley listed the date of separation as July 8th on the legal documents.

However, the This Is Us Star has been spotted out and about with Chrishell Hartley multiple times since then, and neither of them seemed to be in a bad place on social media.  We are all a bit confused.  This is either the most friendly break-up ever, or Chrishell didn’t even know he was divorcing her.

This Is Us Star Back On The Market

Justin Hartley and Chrishell tied the knot just two years ago.  Hartley left his role as Adam Newman on The Young and the Restless and joined the hit primetime series This Is Us around the same time.  Recently, Chrishell has been doing her own thing and returned to Days of Our Lives as Jordan, and also appears on the Netflix real estate show, Selling Sunset.

So far neither Chrishell nor Justin have made a public statement about their divorce.  As soon as more details are revealed, we will be sure to pass them on.  In the mean time, check back with Celebrating The Soaps for more Y&R spoilers and news.
