Young and the Restless spoilers and updates tease that Robert Adamson recently took to Instagram to share an exciting update about his health.

The actor, who fans may recall played the role of Noah Newman on The Young and the Restless from 2012 to 2020, posted a photo of him on Instagram. He doesn’t post photos of him baring his chest but he did on this one rare occasion.

The actor wanted to share that all his hard work finally paid off as evidenced by the positive changes in his physique. In the snap he shared, the actor was shirtless while wearing a pair of lowrise jeans, showcasing his ripped chest and muscular abs.

Young And The Restless  – Robert Adamson Makes A Huge Decision

“It’s been a tough year. Physically, mentally, socially, professionally. I’ve never let myself go as much as I have in the last year and a half. First, it started mentally, then the physical deterioration began,” the actor shared.

He added that he distanced himself from his family and friends because of today’s new normal. But it also allowed him to change his path and decided to work on his physical fitness.

“Start slow. Don’t force it. Give yourself a little grace. Try to get a little sunshine, and surround yourself with people that value your health and your growth more than those who want to commiserate in misery,” the actor advised.
