Young And The Restless: Sharon’s “Heather” Plan Backfires – Opens The Door For Phick Reunion?

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers note that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) has created quite a mess in her life. She stopped taking her bipolar meds, which essentially led to a plan that had her attempting to poison Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei). While she came to her senses and decided against the whole idea, she was in his apartment when Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) caught her, and the confrontation ended with Heather dead on the floor.

Now Sharon is scrambling to cover her tracks by making it seem as if Heather’s out of town. While Sharon might be able to hide her role in Heather’s death – or even the fact that Heather is dead, will she be able to control what happens in the aftermath of this all?

The Young And The Retsless Spoilers – Sharon Newman Is Focused On Moving Forward

Y&R spoilers reveal that Sharon’s number one focus right now is trying to delay any investigation into Heather’s death, hoping that things could fall into place so she could move forward.

During the Monday, September 30 show, Sharon “talked” things out with her Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) hallucination, hoping that by using Heather’s cell phone to send messages to Daniel, she could create a narrative where it seems as if Heather has abandoned her relationship and has left town. Sharon’s hoping that Daniel may leave GC in the aftermath of it all and she can start to move on.

This is all wishful thinking on Sharon’s part. There’s a good chance that Heather’s body will surface at some point. There’s also no way that Daniel will believe that Heather’s left Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) for good.

Sharon should be worried about getting caught and losing her family and loved ones; she should be concerned about heading to prison or a facility that’s sure to lock her up for good if the truth comes out. But there’s one thing she may not be thinking about.

Y&R Spoilers – The Phyllis Summers Factor

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has proven she’ll do just about when it comes to her children. Heck, the woman faked her own death to try and bring Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) down.

But Sharon shouldn’t be worried about Phyllis’s wrath, she should be more concerned about a possible reunion between Red and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Through Sharon’s recent storyline it’s crystal clear that she still has feelings for Nick and longs for a romantic reunion.

As Daniel begins to hurt over Heather’s absence, whether he realizes she’s passed away or not, Phyllis will grow more concerned about her son which may lead her turning to Nick for emotional support.

The last thing on Sharon’s mind is a Phick reunion, but this could happen in the aftermath of everything. Daniel will lean on Phyllis; Red will lean on Nick. Old emotions could kick in, and Phick could become a thing again.

Unlike Sharon, Nick holds zero animosity toward Daniel. After all, it was an accident, and he was a stepfather to the boy for a very long time. Nick cares for Daniel and his new family.
