Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam Goes Too Far – Can He Win Chelsea Back?

The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will go too far in an upcoming episode of the CBS soap opera.  As viewers will recall, Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) would like nothing better than his parents, Adam and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) to be together again for real and for him, Mommy and Daddy to be a happy little family!

Adam has been thinking back to the old days when they were married and Connor was born, and living on his mother’s farm back in Kansas and how happy they were then. He wants to take Connor there for Christmas, and he wants Chelsea to come with them. Adam continues on in spite of Chelsea’s accusations that he just wants to avoid Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and tells her this would be an ideal Christmas for Connor to see where his daddy grew up.

Chelsea will decline, saying she can’t go but then Adam will bring up their past together and tell her he still loves her, and he thinks she won’t go because it will bring up her old feelings for Adam. She will argue she loves Nick and Adam needs to get used to it!

Y&R Spoilers– Adam Newman Won’t Give It Up

Adam won’t give it up. He will continue to try to convince Chelsea that he can feel there is still a love connection between them, and he may say that Connor feels it too, and that is why it is so important for her to get her feelings for Adam out in the open.

He may even theorize that she is subconsciously transferring her feelings for him to his brother, and keeps talking to her about their history together and how happy they all were back then. Chelsea, becoming frustrated with Adam, tells him he’s the one that’s confused, and he is feeling his own feelings and thinking she returns them when she doesn’t. Adam continues, saying it’s safe; she can tell him how she really feels about him and not be afraid of it, and they can be happy again like they were years ago before he “died” and disappeared. Besides, it’s what Connor wants!

Young & Restless Spoilers — Adam Newman Will Cross The Line

Adam may totally cross the line by trying to pull Chelsea into a kiss or a clinch to prove to her that her feelings for him are still there! This will really put her between a rock and a hard place because she has to stay with Adam for Connor’s sake! She may even start suspecting that Adam has been using Connor and that he is the one putting the “monsters” into his head and coaching him and manipulating him to get her back, as more than one person has implied to her but she didn’t want to believe it! Will Adam prove himself right or wrong about Chelsea still having feelings for him?
