Billy is in a relationship with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), and the two are riding a high wave; however, do they have the chemistry Bi-Li had? They aren’t exactly the best-matched super couple in Genoa City and do lack some sparks.

In fact, while they aren’t terrible together, they don’t have that certain “something” onscreen, and there aren’t exactly fireworks exploding when they look into each other’s eyes.
