Y&R spoilers suggest that if Billy sees Heather and Daniel together, he’d do the right thing and tell Lily. Ms. Winters has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, so she’d drop Romalotti like a bad habit and move on.
Just because she’s the one breaking up with Daniel, this won’t minimize her heartbreak and pain. She could see the chemistry between Heather and her boyfriend before leaving town, and she also had a gut feeling the two could reunite.

With Billy going back to work for Chancellor-Winters, it’s hard not to speculate about a Bi-Li reunion.

After all, they fell in love while working together at the company, and while they clashed at times, they also were a fantastic team, both inside and outside the offices.
As Billy will be the one to see Heather and Daniel together, plus, spill the beans, Lily may gravitate toward Abbott in the aftermath as a “friend” she turns to and talks out her feelings with.
Billy is in a relationship with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), and the two are riding a high wave; however, do they have the chemistry Bi-Li had? They aren’t exactly the best-matched super couple in Genoa City and do lack some sparks.
In fact, while they aren’t terrible together, they don’t have that certain “something” onscreen, and there aren’t exactly fireworks exploding when they look into each other’s eyes.
