Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that the proverbial poop has hit the fan in Genoa City now that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) fired Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) from Chancellor-Winters during the Wednesday, March 27 episode.

Y&R spoilers hint that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) interrupted a meeting at Society between Lily and her brother Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James).
Lily was mulling over firing Dather before she dropped the hammer on it when she ran into the couple later on in the show.
Billy warned Lily to not make business moves based on emotion. There were also hints that with Heather’s legal know-how, a wrongful dismissal suit could be launched on Chancellor-Winters.
Billy didn’t agree with Lily’s final decision, he’s also made it clear that he’s with CW to ensure his mother Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) interests within the company are met.
Billy is vying for respect within CW and to be kept in the loop, where it looks like both Lily and Devon don’t like sharing the power when it comes to high-level decisions. Could Dather’s dismissal give Billy an idea?

Heather was willing to take one for the team and put her resignation in. She knows how much OmegaSphere means to Daniel and how the venture turned his life around for the better.
Billy may also see an opportunity in Lily’s rash decision to fire two top employees, strictly based on personal reasons.
Billy may encourage Daniel to launch legal action against CW. In the interim, Billy could have his sights set on proposing to the board that Lily step down, and he be placed in her CEO role.
As Devon supported Lily’s idea to fire Heather and Daniel, he may take a backburner in the company, too, leaving Billy to run the entire show.
Billy may promise that if he’s successful, with Daniel’s help, Romalotti could return to CW with a different contract ensuring this never happens again.

Okay. Who cares? Not me. This entire story line about businesses is overdone I really could care less about Jabot, Chancellor Winters, Tuckers French company. Please …none of these people ever work. They are always eating, drinking or screwing. I am this ” ” close to giving up on this soap. A great big bunch of I don’t care going on in Genoa City!
If Y&R does that to Lilly that will the end of my Y&R watching days. Billy needs to continue to fall on his butt. I see the Billy character as a “wanna be.” Daniel can take his lame invention to Newman Industries. I hope Aunt Mamie’s plan succeeds and it would be great if Tucker helps. Tucker and Devon should have a cordial relationship.
I will NOT be watching this soap anymore if they do that to lily , Billy is the one who needs to be OUT of the company, he’s so nosy always in everyone else’s business and he’s a mess , heather and Daniel got what they deserved , heather is a sorry excuse of a woman stealing Daniel while lily was gone and Daniel is trash what a loser and a liar , can’t keep loyal to lily
