Young And The Restless Spoilers: Cait Fairbanks Releases A New Single

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) star Cait Fairbanks, who portrays Tessa Porter, has released a new single called Something In You.

For Y&R fans who don’t know, Fairbanks isn’t new to singing. Performing since she was a child, she landed a role in a musical at the tender age of 13. She has several songs that have already been released. In fact, not only is she a real singer, her character sings her own tunes on the daytime series.

Just this year, Fairbanks’ second Emmy nomination was in the Outstanding Original Song category. It was for the song titled How Could A Lie Feel So True, which aired on The Young and the Restless.

Her second nomination came in 2019 in the category of Outstanding Original Song for the tune How Could A Lie Feel So True, which was also played on Y&R.

This is the great news. You can listen to “Something in You” on multiple music streaming platforms. The song is available on Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, the iTunes Store and Deezer. RC Cates, Y&R music supervisor and composer shared an ingroov.es link on Twitter, saying,“Get you some #YR.”

Fairbanks isn’t the only soap actress that has released music. Days of Our Lives alum Jen Lilley loves making music, especially around Christmas time. Passions alum and current Days of Our Lives actor Eric Martsolf has even joined Lilley in her musical adventures.
