‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Cane Makes Things Right With Lily – Can Lane Be Saved?

“Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) will have his work cut out for him to make things right with his wife, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). She filed for divorce during the week of March 25 and things are looking pretty grim for the once happy couple.

Cane’s determined that he will make things right with his wife. He wants a future with her and knows that, once she is released from prison, they can resume their happy life. Here’s what you need to know about what’s ahead on Y&R.

Y&R Spoilers Cane Ashby’s Devastated About The Divorce

Y&R spoilers state that Cane wants things to work out for him and Lily. He believes they are meant to be together and nothing can tear them apart. Sure, he had a lapse of judgment and had a series of kisses with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). However, Cane thinks they can work past it.

He goes to see Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) about the issue. He tries to convince Michael to force Lily to see him. He knows if they can sit and talk, he can convince her to drop the divorce.

Y&R spoilers state that Michael promises to do what he can, but Lily seems pretty set on the divorce. This, of course, crushes Cane as he wants to save his marriage.

Young and The Restless Spoilers: Can Lane Be Saved?

How many times can Cane save his marriage? How many times can he cheat on Lily and she forgive him? Let’s not forget, Lily has had her share of incidents too. Is it possible that Lane can be saved? Or, are they way past their shelf life?

It looks like Y&R may plan on saving the couple. For whatever reason, Lily will agree to see Cane and they will patch things up. They will agree it is the stress of her being in prison and they agree to move on.

Christel Khalil still hasn’t agreed to return to Y&R fulltime so unless they plan on issuing a recast, Lane will continue to be on life support.
