Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate Jeremy Stark (James Hyde), and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) may hit some obstacles in their plan to set up Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
While it seems as if the two have covered all their bases, the truth is, there’s one person that knows exactly what the duo is up to, and that person could “crack” under pressure. Will the EMT that helped Stark and Summers spill the beans on their entire scheme?

Y&R spoilers suggest that Jeremy will go to extremes to ensure that his plan goes off without a hitch. With that said, while he paid the EMT, simply known as “Carson”, the morning after Phyllis was announced dead, Stark can’t predict the man’s next move.
After all, the passing of Phyllis is seemingly making headlines everywhere, and the EMT could feel as if the walls are closing in on him. Especially if this is the first time, he’s been involved in something like this.
Carson may even start to feel guilty. Diane is likely about to be arrested for her role in Ms. Summers’ death, soon. After all, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) recently got the text that confirmed Jenkins bought the poison found in Phyllis’s bloodwork.
Faking someone’s death is one thing; sending an innocent person to prison is another. The EMT may have mixed emotions about Diane heading to jail after seeing something on television.

Then again, maybe the EMT doesn’t spill all because he feels bad. Perhaps he’s “pressured” into doing it. While all arrows are pointing in Diane’s direction, Chance is an excellent cop that can see a frame job, from a mile away.
If he does some digging and finds Carson to question, the EMT may reveal the truth simply because he doesn’t want to face any repercussions when the proverbial crap hits the fan.
Jeremy is having a hard time keeping Phyllis in line. He may struggle with the few others that are also in on this, including EMT Carson.

I hope Phyllis was somehow coerced against her will, but the more she does it is harder to believe that.
Evil people always do evil things, if you remember Phyllis was on board with everything that they did to frame Diane. Phyllis is forever out of control, and will ing to do anything to get self satisfaction.
Phyllis should come back batter and weak. Claiming Diane and Jeremy kidnapped her and held her against her will. Jeremy made her change her will and marry him.
So both Jeremy and Diane go to prison!!!!
Can’t believe Phyllis is wearing a totally different shade of blue dress and a strand of her red hair is hanging out the back of her wig! What’s up with you guys? At least try to make it believable.
I hope the EMT busts Jeremy & Phyllis both out. Setting people up to go to prison is so wrong. Phyllis & Jeremy both need to go to prison for what they’ve done. I can’t wait for the “in your face” moment for Diane. I believe she has really been trying; Phyllis is the instigator.
I am so ready for Phyllis to be revealed and for Stark to be long gone! Sick of this storyline!
I love watching the soaps, I only wish that the writers would show the fans who get tired of evil people doing evil things. I believe that they should give us a bit more happy stories, rather that focus on people like Phyllis, Jeremy, Victoria, Ashlie, and other crazy acting people. This is a perfect example why we should stay away from toxic people, Phyllis flocked together with Jeremy, and look what craziness they have created.
I am just wondering why the writers think everyone is so stupid to not spot Phyllis at the wake. Super cop Chance was there to observe the crowd but he can’t recognize a black haired Phyllis!! Come on make it look a little real!♀️
To be honest it’s insulting. I used to love the drama but saint Phyllis being eulogized and lauded is a joke. The writers have nothing left? Phyllis has done way worse than Diane. And so has nikki and all the others. My gram is rolling in her grace over this one. I see some people think summer may even be in on it.
