The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chelsea Newman’s (Melissa Claire Egan) past will catch up to her as someone will be coming into town looking for her. It will be scary for her as she will feel threatened by this newcomer.
And, the newcomer is named Simon Black (Vincent Jeffrey Parise) and he will be conming to make trouble for her. The spoilers have been tight-lipped about his storyline, but supposedly it has something to do with her dead husband’s estate.

Simon will show up in Genoa City and it will completely freak Chelsea out. She will not know why he’s there. His hidden agenda will mess with her head at first, and it will force her to cover her tracks.
She will be forced to lie to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about the situation. It will end up being a complicated situation when Chelsea finds herself in danger in the next few weeks and she will have to tell Nick about the trouble that has found her.

Y&R Spoilers – Chelsea Newman Tries To Fight
Typical of Chelsea, she tries to fight and convince those around her that she is doing fine and doesn’t need help. However, Simon is a ruthless criminal who refuses to take no for an answer. Slowly he gets her to accept the fact that she needs someone to help her and she is forced to comr clean.
Simon comes to GC with one plan in mind – he wants his hands on the money that he feels that Chelsea’s husband stole from him. Chelsea admitted that her husband’s business dealing was kind of shady, so it won’t be a huge surprise that he will have some shady people looking for their cut of his estate.
Chelsea will have to stand strong. She will battle Simon and his cronies as they try to convince her to hand over her late husband’s dough. We all know it won’t work, as Chelsea loves the fact that she is sitting on a ton of cash.

Chelsea should take this man Simon threats seriously! These people don’t play about their money! And when I say these people I’m referring to people involved in organized crime! That it what Simon hinted at when he said to Chelsea “I will let my associates know I have spoken with you!”
Y&R writer are really selling their viewers short if they are going to try and make us believe Chelsea is going to tangle with members of organized crime and come out unscathed! It’s ridiculous! She’s a con artist a grifter! Are we supposed to believe Chelsea can best a harden criminal of organized crime!
If you’re going to write a storyline like this at least make it believable! Have Simon with his associates threaten Chelsea and her family! Trash her house! Beat up Nick or Adam, preferably Nick since I don’t like Nick anymore!
