Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers note that both Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will continue to struggle with their breakup. During a recent Soap Opera Digest (SOD) interview, Christel Khalil expressed how much she misses working with Jason Thompson now that Bi-Li has split, as the actors don’t share as many scenes together.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott & Lily Winters Won’t Be Back Together Anytime Soon
Y&R spoilers hint that Lily could be diving into something romantic with past flame Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) soon. After all, there seems to be chemistry there and now that Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) has officially broken up with Daniel, this leaves the door wide open for Lily and Romalotti to move forward.
Khalil did express how much she loves Graziadei in her SOD interview and that she’s looking forward to how the story will unfold between Daniel and Lily now that the two characters are adults. For fans that recall, the two fell in love as teenagers and got married at a very young age. In some ways, Lily and Daniel’s romance was doomed from the start.
Then on over on the other side of Genoa City, it does seem as if Billy might be entering something with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). The two “friends” have been getting closer and closer since Abbott broke things off with Winters. It’s only a matter of time before things turn romantic between Lawson and Billy.

During the SOD interview, Khalil does note that Thompson is an incredible actor and states that the two got along well during scenes together. In fact, Christel is hoping that Y&R will eventually bring Bi-Li back together at some point. After all, while many soap opera couples break up, they also tend to come around at some point and makeup, too.
Once the Chilly and Dily relationships run their course, Bi-Li could find themselves back in each other’s arms. Anything is possible in the land of GC!
