Eve was a love interest of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden); however, because of his love for Nikki, he never pursued her for a real romance. Plus, it didn’t help that Ms. Howard had major mental health issues.

Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) has mentioned his mom and aunt multiple times, and the fact that he never spent time with his mom’s sister.

As fans continue to brace themselves over the fact that Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) is the long-lost daughter he and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) thought was dead, could another plot twist be on the horizon?

In the land of soaps, bio-parents often and easily get swapped. It wouldn’t be overly difficult for the show to rewrite history once again.

Maybe Eve took Cole from Jordan when he was a baby and pawned him off as her own because her sister couldn’t take care of him.

It may also explain the real reason why Cole never met Jordan; she kept her distance because “seeing” him might hurt too much, even when she got “better”.

The two sisters may have decided that even introducing Cole to Jordan as an aunt may confuse him and the situation.

Plus, Jordan will likely get caught soon, and having Cole’s maternity secret revealed could still link her to GC storylines for weeks, months, and years ahead.

For fans that recall, Cole didn’t only have a romance with Vic, he and Nikki also had a thing. Jordan may not only resent Ms. Newman for what she “did to Eve” but for bedding her young son so many years ago.
