Young and the Restless Spoilers: Fans Upset Over Doug And Christine’s StorylineThe Young and the Restless spoilers tease that while there’s a lot of action going on between Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and the rest of the Newman family, along with a wedding in the works between Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle), some key characters have been missing lately. As a matter of fact, many fans are making it quite clear that they don’t appreciate how their favorites Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) and Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) haven’t been getting much screen time lately. Here’s what you need to know.

Fans were relieved when it was announced that Doug Davidson would be returning to Genoa City after he was apparently let go from the show by former head writer and executive Mal Young. His character, Paul Williams, got right to work by cleaning things up at the Genoa City Police Department. He fired Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) on the spot and also offered a shoulder to cry on for his lifelong friend, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

And while it did look like things were on a roll for Paul, especially in his relationship with Christine, many people noticed that we haven’t seen much of the pair in recent weeks. And now The Young and the Restless fans have taken to social media to not only ask questions, but demand answers as they clearly want to see Paul and Christine back in action.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Fans Are Upset And Want Answers

Actor Doug Davidson even re-tweeted some of the comments, with many pointing out that he might have the same sentiments as his fans when it comes to his character’s lack of camera time. One long-time The Young and the Restless fan even pointed out that some of the over 40 characters don’t get as much screen time as their younger counterparts. Could that be the case? That’s what fans want to know!

The last time Paul and Christine had a scene was during the July 31stepisode and for many viewers, that just seems way too long. Here’s hoping they will come back sooner rather than later!
