Clearly there are a lot of mixed emotions! The fans have definitely spoken and they have made themselves clear: they don’t want Gina to go anywhere! While there’s no doubt that Gina will go on to do many fabulous things in the entertainment industry, she will definitely be missed by her The Young and the Restless fans.

With that being said, there are also a lot of people who can’t wait to see what Michelle Stafford will do with the role. We are definitely excited to see the original Phyllis Summer back and hopefully better than ever before. Fingers crossed!
