Depending on what comes out during therapy, Ashley’s DID could have been triggered by an unknown trauma. Ms. Abbott will need all the love and support she can get from family and friends. Will Alan become a part of that support system?

There has to be a good reason why he’s suddenly showing up in Genoa City. He may be just as concerned as the Abbott family when it comes to Ashley’s erratic behavior, and arrive on the scene to do all he can to help his friend. Once she gets better, could the two engage in a romance?
