The speculation comes on the heels of an explosive plot that TPTB have already disclosed. Show exec Josh Griffith recently spoke to Soap Opera Digest and he told of a very interesting upcoming story involving the Abbott family.

Y&R Spoilers – The Abbotts Are Plunged Into Intrigue By Dina Mergeron’s Past

According to the Y&R head writer, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will discover the existence of a memento that has great meaning for Dina. It was a part of her life when she was still close to her husband John Abbott (Jerry Douglas).

The two go on a search for the memento and along the way a few twists and turns can be expected. Will they return the cherished item to Dina before it’s too late?

It is also reported that somehow Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) gets involved in the adventure and a possible romance could be a part of the package for the lovely blonde.
