Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) is quite taken by Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster). Of course she is! Being a high school teen, she looks up to the put-together college student.

Y&R Spoilers: Faith & Lucy’s Family History
Y&R spoilers remind fans that Faith’s sister Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes) has some ugly history with Lucy’s dad, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei).
Sadly, those two were friends, but an unfortunate accident where Daniel was drunk, and Cassie took the wheel, resulted in a car collision that caused Cassie’s death.
It was Cassie who was overly smitten with Daniel (in a romantic way) at the time, but many fans can see similarities to this storyline. Lucy is unaware of the history, as Daniel is keeping it from her; however, viewers can’t help but sense something awful is on the horizon.
Y&R Spoilers: The Sharon Newman Factor
On top of the show revisiting Cassie’s passing, and intertwining Faith and Lucy’s dynamics into the mix, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is spiraling. Whether it is just a case of new bad meds, or unhealed trauma, Sharon is on the cusp of a full-blown mental health meltdown!
Lucy recently weaseled her way out of a family trip to Portugal this summer. She’s a teen now and the last thing she wants to do is spend time with her parents.
However, Lucy’s motives to “hang out with friends” seemed more directed to wanting to spend more time with Faith. Meanwhile, it’s clear that Faith isn’t exactly interested in pursuing a closer relationship with Lucy.
While Faith is being “nice” about things, she’s bound to put her foot down and establish boundaries with Lucy. Once Lucy realizes she’s been rejected, could she lash out by concocting a scheme to make Faith look bad?
Could it all spiral into something where Faith or Lucy land in the hospital? Could this trigger a mental health spiral in Sharon? Or if Sharon finds out what Lucy is up to, could she cross a line with Daniel’s daughter as she’s not thinking straight?

Well, Lucy has the evil trifecta (Mom-Daisy and Grandmothers-Sheila and Phyllis). I have said that from day one with Lucy that you know she will be evil and it might begin now. Not a fan of Lucy.
Lucy is Sheila Carter’s granddaughter.

Lucy is the granddaughter of Sheila Carter whose daughter was on young and the restless.( I forgot her name, Sheila’s daughter, )she tricked Daniel into sleeping with her,and here came Lucy. Lucy’s mother left her with Daniel. I also believe if I remember correctly Luxy bio mom died.
Sheila’s crazy daughter was Daisy. Kidnapping Lauren and hiding her in the abandoned zoo was one of my favorite story lines!
Faith is not a good person. She’s going around trying to make Moses look bad for being smart enough to leave her. He stood by and supported her when she was drinking, stealing cars, spinning it of control and almost died. Now she is treating Lucy the way her frenemies treated her.
Lucy is ro young to be hanging out with Faith, she is a grown woman and a college student with adult friends. Lucy need to find young friends of her own like Johnny and Katie.
