Young And The Restless Spoilers: Newman Battle Intensifies – Adam Wants Christian – Nick And Victoria Try To Pay Him Off

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) decides to go after what he believes is rightfully his. He will agree to leave town if his brother Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will give up custody of Christian Newman (Tobias twins) and help him track down Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan).

It results in a heated confrontation, with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) forced into taking a side. Here’s what you need to know about what coming up on Y&R.

Nick isn’t ready to give up Christian. He knows his son belongs with him and decides to consult with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) after hearing Adam out. But Adam was clear– he wanted custody of Christian and for Nick to help him find Chelsea. Of course, Nick decides he won’t do either of those things.

Instead, Nick and Victoria decide to pay Adam off. They pool their money and come up with $500M. They think that number is fair, since that is how much they each got when Victor paid their inheritances.

Now, that Nick has a plan, Y&R spoilers say he calls Adam to meet him. He plans to hash out their differences before handing him the cash.

When Adam arrives, Nick confronts his brother about his outrageous demands. Y&R spoilers tease that Nick asks him how he can expect him to hand over the son he’s raised. Adam will tell him he’s not asking and threatens to take him to court. Of course, neither one of them want that.

Nick hands Adam the money. Adam is insulted by the notion that all he wants money. He tells him that he doesn’t want his money—he wants his family back. Nick refuses to help him find Chelsea.

Adam informs Nick that he will get Victor to help him, throwing in Nick’s face that he’s Victor’s favorite child, at the moment. It just validates Nick’s reasoning for wanting to keep Christian and Chelsea away from Adam.

After his meeting with Adam, Nick messages Chelsea and tell her he needs to talk to her ASAP. It looks like Chelsea’s return is coming soon.
