The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Phyllis Abbott (Michelle Stafford) will stun Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) during the week of September 16. He will be shocked how she was able to find a way to get back on the Grand Phoenix hotel project, questioning if she was part of the drugging incident.

Of course, Phyllis was not part of the plan to slip Molly into the signature drink, but she did take full advantage of the ordeal. And Nick knows that.

After the whole drugging incident, Phyllis uses the ordeal to earn a spot back on the Grand Phoenix project. She knew how to handle the drugging incident to the press and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) needed her expertise.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Abby doesn’t like that she has to depend on Phyllis. Then she had to make a deal with her as an exchange for proof that the hotel was not at fault for the mass drugging. Phyllis walks away with a 25 per cent stake in the hotel and a nifty little title – Head of Security.

According to Soap Opera Digest, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) tries to convince Abby that having Phyllis on staff won’t be so bad. He points out that Phyllis worked on this hotel from the beginning and she wants it to succeed. Abby knows deep down that Devon is right, even if she doesn’t want to work with the difficult redhead.
