Young And The Restless Spoilers: Opportunist Audra Snags Kyle’s Co-CEO Spot At Jabot – Revenge For Stealing Moisturizer Idea?

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is officially out of a job; however, the good news is that when one door closes another one opens.

She was fired from Glissade on the Wednesday, October 2 episode after Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) issued a challenge to both her and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). They clearly weren’t working as a cohesive unit, so one of them had to prove themselves worthy of the sole CEO spot, and one had to go.

Y&R spoilers note that a lot happened during the Wednesday, October 2 show. The Moustache encouraged both Kyle and Audra to “prove” why the other is expendable.

Of course, Kyle ended up back at the Abbott mansion and noticed his mom’s, Diane Jenkins Abbott’s (Susan Walters) laptop was on. He didn’t flinch as he stepped over to the computer and began digging for any Jabot information he could find.

He came upon a “new projects” file and didn’t hesitate to run back to The Moustache about it. It turns out that Jabot was on the cusp of releasing an innovative moisturizer. Kyle came up with the idea to beat them to the punch and have Glissade release the beauty product first.

Victor was very pleased with the information Kyle presented and fired Audra at the close of Wednesday’s show.

Y&R Spoilers – There’s A COO Opening At Jabot … But Audra Will Get “More”

With that being said, before Audra’s pink slip, Diane mentioned something very interesting during a conversation with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) at Society.

She noted that they needed to fill Kyle’s CEO position, but Jack was hesitant – he didn’t want to add fuel to the fire for Kyle. In fact, Dack got into a bit of a fight, and Jack accused his wife of caring about the company more than their family.

Of course, Diane and Audra also had a run-in while at Society, and the two got into it. Jack, intervened and apologized to Audra over Diane’s behavior, and this only infuriated his wife.

Whether Audra puts two and two together and runs back to Jack, or both he and Diane realize what Kyle has done, the truth about the moisturizer will come out in the weeks ahead. This will launch a full-out war between Kyle and Dack.

As Audra and Diane don’t get along, it would be an interesting storyline if Audra began working at Jabot as co-CEO. This would be payback for Kyle’s moisturizer-stealing move and add salt in the wound, as he wanted that Jabot CEO gig.
