Fortunately, Y&R spoilers say that the baby will be ok for now. But Mia’s legal problems will be far from over. She’s got Paul breathing down her neck for Lola’s attack, and she could feasibly be charged with attempted murder and sent to prison for a long time, which would mean that she’d have her baby in prison.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Rey Helps Mia
But it seems that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will end up having some compassion for his estranged wife. Right now, no one knows whether Mia’s baby belongs to Rey or to Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela). According to Y&R spoilers, they’ll get a paternity test to figure that out soon enough, but in the meantime, Rey will do something meaningful for Mia.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Rey will make a personal appeal to Paul on Mia’s behalf. It seems that Rey won’t want to see Mia end up having the baby in prison, even if it ends up not being his. Either way, he’ll be related to the baby, and he’ll want to do everything he can to make sure that it’s not born in prison.
So, Rey will have a serious sit-down with Paul and lobby for leniency on Mia’s behalf. He’ll probably argue that Mia wasn’t trying to kill or seriously injure anyone during the attack; she was just angry and lashing out, but she had no idea that she had seriously injured Lola or that Lola had fallen into the pool and nearly drowned.
Rey will also probably play the pregnancy card and argue that Mia’s baby doesn’t deserve to be born in prison over a situation that simply got out of hand and escalated in a way that no one could have predicted. It looks like Rey will be persuasive, as Y&R spoilers say that Paul will ultimately decide to drop the charges and let Mia go free.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – How Will Mia Exit
Of course, Y&R viewers know that Noemi Gonzalez, who portrays Mia, will be leaving the show shortly, along with Jason Canela, who portrays Arturo. It appears that Y&R plans to wrap up this storyline by having the two leave Genoa City together, which may be good indication of how the paternity test will turn out.
Are you happy with how this storyline is wrapping up, with Mia getting off scot-free for her attack on Lola? Or do you think she deserves to be prosecuted for her crime?
As always, more detailed spoilers and a full collection of pictures for the week in question will appear here on Soap Opera Spy, where there will be more clues and hints over exactly what’s going on.

Yes she should be charged but then the police chief Paul Williams let her go
so she should just leave and let Rey know its not his baby but his brother Arturo’s
