Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) could face a medical emergency soon. Could this be linked to her pregnancy? After all, Spectra’s doctor recently gave her a heads-up about her high blood pressure. While she has had some undue stress over her pregnancy, things have seemingly calmed down a bit, now that she knows who the father of her child is. But could a re-ignited rivalry with Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) change all that?

Y&R spoilers imply that the feud between Sally and Summer will resurface soon. Ms. Newman-Abbott will be outraged to learn that her redheaded nemesis is not only pregnant with Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) baby but that her dad Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will continue to stay by Spectra’s side. She’ll feel as if Sally’s manipulating the situation and her dad; she’ll also be quite upset at her father.

So, what will Summer do? Y&R spoilers hint that she’ll not only confront her father about things but also issue a warning to Spectra very soon. Now, Sally may take this all in stride; however, Ms. Newman-Abbott won’t be done with Spectra after that. In fact, whatever Summer has planned, could place a tremendous amount of stress on Sally and the little one she’s carrying.

Y&R spoilers note that not only will Summer continue to antagonize the Nally relationship, but she’ll also scheme to split them up. Added teasers hint that she may turn to her grandma Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) for some help. Sally’s already had to deal with Victor Newman (Eric Braden) meddling in her relationship with both Adam and Nick, if she finds out Summer and Nikki are working together, she may lose it.

Thanks to her blood pressure issue, she could collapse. She may even do so during an argument with Summer or Nikki. She’s sure to be rushed to the hospital, and the scare around complications with the pregnancy or losing the baby could send Adam reeling. Especially if he finds out the root cause of Sally’s stress. Newman will lash out at Summer or Nikki without a second thought. He’s backed off from pressuring Sally into a romantic reunion for the sake of his baby and to lessen Spectra’s stress levels. If he finds out that Summer or Nikki have been causing Sally undue anxiety, he’ll lose his mind on the ladies.
