Young and the Restless Spoilers: Should Phyllis Have A Midlife Baby – Shocking Phick Pregnancy Coming?

The Young and the Restless spoilers are dripping with heavy hints about all of the heated action that Phick is enjoying as of late. While they seem to be enjoying their semi-mid-life reunion, their daughter Summer Newman (Hunter King) isn’t so sure their umpteenth hookup is such a good thing.

Why not, what could go wrong? I get it, no child wants to remotely imagine their parents bringing sexy back.

But could Summer have a very valid point about the uncharted terrain Phick are about to enter?

These two mature adults know exactly what they’re getting into by once again doing the horizontal bop. And they do know what can happen when a man and a woman have sexual relations; Summer is living proof.

There’s no denying that they have a sizzling chemistry that’s off the charts. But at the moment each also has a lot at stake professionally. It’s not like they give much thought to what’s about to go down before they start ripping off each other’s clothes.

There is no delicate way to say this, and we’re all mature adults here, so, ahem, has anyone seen these two use protection?

Let’s face it there’s a reason why Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) never stay stuck for long—they’re both combustible, she hates his dad, their eyes wander, etc.

So there’s no reason to believe that their two-step tango will lead to anything permanent this time around either.

Or is there?

Could Phyllis and Nick find out in a couple of weeks that they’ve produced a bonus baby along with a whole lot of steamy action?

It’s entirely possible. As mentioned earlier, Nick is trying to run Newman Enterprises with no prior notice after Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) bailed. And Red has taken back The Grand Phoenix. This means these two are incredibly busy, and perhaps their little sessions are as much about blowing off steam as they are to try and forge a lifelong commitment—been there, done that!

If neither one of them thinks about, and right now neither appears to be thinking of anything but getting a room, then it’s entirely possible that their passion could produce another little baby brother or sister for Summer!
