The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will offer Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) a job with her company in Paris, France in an upcoming episode of The Young and The Restless!

Young & The Restless Spoilers – Ashley Abbott Can Relate To Theo Vanderway

Ashley can relate to Theo and empathize with him not feeling quite like he fits into his newly found adopted family, as she once felt that same way, once she found out that John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) was not her birth father. Ashley was the result of one of her mother Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) affairs when she was a younger woman, and her birth father was named Brent Davis (Bert Kramer) who was a former Genoa City Country Club tennis pro.

She always considered John Abbott her father because he was the one who raised her with Dina, so she feels a unique kinship with Theo now and wants to help him. Besides, she doesn’t have any of her children currently with her, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) being in Genoa City and her others everywhere and anywhere besides with her, so she may even be feeling some maternal feelings for Theo besides and he might sooth her feelings of an empty nest!

Y&R Spoilers – Ashley Abbott Has Flown Home From Paris Specifically To Meet Her Newly Discovered Nephew

Ashley has flown home from Paris specifically to meet her newly discovered nephew, and likely to hear from her brother and sister, Jack and Traci Abbott (Peter Bergman, Beth Maitland) about the “other” progress, if any, on the Abbott Family book that they were working on that brought about this discovery! Ashley “gets” Theo, and he accepts her authority, which is totally new territory for Theo, like most everything else in his new family life at the moment!

The aunt and nephew hit it off, and there seems to be kindred spirits at work as he “gets” Ashley as well. She knows exactly what he is going through being told he is accepted and welcomed in the Abbott family, but yet feeling like an outsider at the same time.

Young & The Restless Spoilers – Ashley Abbott Offers Theo Vanderway A Unique Opportunity

Ashley then offers Theo a unique opportunity that is one, as far as he is concerned, beyond his wildest dreams! Theo is in utter disbelief as she offers him a job with Jabot – but in her office, in Paris, France! While his wildest dreams are coming true as far as being loved, seen and valued are concerned, he would have to relocate to Paris, and while she would probably even pay for his relocation, he is just not sure what to do or how to respond!

Getting a job with his newly found family’s company is a shock enough to Theo’s system, but moving to a place like Paris, France, is something even more incredulous as far as he’s concerned. He would be in a prime spot with an employer and aunt who totally gets him, and makes him feel like a real member of the family, but the catch is moving overseas! He will have to take a little time to make such a huge, life-changing decision!

      Well now …. if he went to Paris with ” auntie Ashley ” we wouldn’t see him again – end of story line for poor Theo of any kind really . What do the writers want to do with him ?? Let Lola fall for him and take her away from Kyle , that’s about it for now , then Summer will come back to all of this of course ! Theo is rubbing of on me though , I couldn’t stand him at first , but he is turning the corner so to speak on his character and becoming a better person but with flaws . I liked him ” talking ” with his dad at the coffee shop – he’s not a jerk all the time …. lol
