Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has recently given a competition to the rivaling cousins in hopes of fixing the problem. Still, things will have a different outcome as realizes that Theo may have tried to cheat his way through the competition. What might unfold on the day they pitch their ideas?

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Summer Newman Catches Onto Theo Vanderway’s Plans

Recently, Jack decided to pin the two cousins, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Theo, against each other in hopes of any kind of outcome that is different from hearing the argument back and forth. Both of the boys will have to pitch their new concepts for the rebranding campaigns. However, this event might be way more exciting than expected as it will unmask just how sneaky Theo can be.

Thinking that he will not be able to beat Kyle without help or maybe even thinking that he could set it up to make Kyle look like the one who stole his ideas, he sends Kyle’s assistant in to do some spy work. However, it does not take long for Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) to let a clueless Kyle in on what was happening right in front of him. This leads them to come up with an idea to give Theo a completely different pitch that will make him look ridiculous.

On the day that the two cousins are supposed to present their pitches, both of the cousins are confident in their ideas. They gather in the boardroom, preparing to present their pitches. Theo, of course, is smug thinking that he is going to come out on top, and he presents his pitch. However, Jack will be pissed when it begins to hear the pitch. Turns out Summer and Kyle not only left behind a fake pitch for him, but it was the idea that Jack had 15 years ago. This will lead to a brief history lesson for Theo as he realizes that he had been set up.
