Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tristan Rogers Back To Y&R – Colin Atkinson Returns For Will Challenge & Money Laundering Drama

The Young and the Restless spoilers has some news to pass on about an important return to the show. Tristan Rogers, who portrays Colin Atkinson on the CBS soap, will return to the show for two episodes. He is currently scheduled to appear starting on Wednesday, November 20th. Tristan last appeared on Y&R as Colin back in October 2017.

This news may not come as a big surprise to Y&R viewers, who know that Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) recently suspected that Colin might be behind the recent challenge to Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) will. Jill took off to investigate the matter, so it looks like she just might be successful in tracking Colin down.

Of course, Jill’s not the only one on the case now. Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) is now back in Genoa City, and he recently told Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) that he is going to get to the bottom of the will contestation matter, since he wasn’t the person who actually retained her. He also told Amanda that he suspects that the issue with the will is somehow connected to money launderer Simon Black (Jeffrey Vincent Parise), who recently terrorized Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and others.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Is Colin Connected To The Chancellor Will Drama

So, could Colin be connected to both the will contestation matter and the dirty money that Calvin Boudreau (John Burke) bequeathed to Chelsea? Time will tell, but it certainly sounds like two things that Colin would be involved in. He’s been involved in money laundering before, and he’s also gone after Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) in the past. It wouldn’t be a stretch to think that he was behind both a scheme to rob Devon of his money and the situation with Simon.

One would hope that Devon would be able to put a stop to this whole situation – after all, he’s voluntarily transferring the bulk of his assets to Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) and could halt the transfer easily. Yet it’s unclear at this point whether Jill and Cane have even told Devon their suspicions about Colin masterminding the will scheme. Everyone seems to be assuming that the will pages naming Cane as the beneficiary of Katherine’s estate are authentic, but it’s of course possible that the authenticator who deemed those pages real was a part of Colin’s’ grand plan, too.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Cane Ashby In Cahoots With Colin?

It will be interesting to see where this all goes, and hopefully Devon will come out of the situation with his fortune still intact. Of course, there’s always the possibility that Cane is a part of Colin’s con as well. Since Daniel Goddard, who portrays Cane, will be leaving the show soon, he’ll need an exit story, which will probably involve a big reveal of whether he was in cahoots with Colin.

At any rate, it will be good to see Tristan back as Colin on Y&R, and we should note that he will also still be appearing as Robert Scorpio on General Hospital.
