Young and the Restless Spoilers: Troubled Billy Abbott Turns To Pills, Downward Spiral Escalates

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) hasn’t had a decent sleep, and it’s taking its toll on his physical and mental health. It’s been so long since he had a decent sleep so he pops Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) sleeping pills. However, after getting some shut eye, he wakes up on the floor of the Chancellor mansion. He doesn’t have a clue how he got there. Did you drive while asleep? Or is someone trying to mess with his head?
Billy has been bouncing back between Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni), whom he’s been trying to steal from Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and Victoria. But all this, after all that he’s been doing lately, he was actually mourning for Delia’s death. He has been trying to supress his feelings until Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) decided to return to Genoa City.
While he’s been having sleepless nights, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) suggests that he quit drinking coffee or try doing yoga. However, he’ll opt for a third option, sleeping pills. With Billy already addicted to gambling, adding drugs to his list of addiction isn’t a good idea. Sharon doesn’t agree with his choice and wants him to see a therapist instead.

However, his choice of taking the sleeping pills will make him realize that it’s not a good idea. He went to bed with Victoria when he took the pills but by the time he wakes up, he’ll find himself in the Chancellor mansion and doesn’t have a clue how he got there. He’ll see the peeling paper and find another message that says, STOP ADAM.
According to “The Young and the Restless” spoilers, Billy will believe that Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono) wants him to go after Adam for her death. Delia as sweet and innocent as she is will never blame Adam for what happened to her. It was an accident even though covering up her death wasn’t a good idea at all.
Later, Billy will confide in Victoria, who after hearing what he had to say will be concerned about his welfare. Meanwhile, Billy is scared that he’s going crazy and doesn’t know what to do. Victoria will do her best to help Billy get past all these, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will put his foot down. What will his decision be? Does it have anything to do with Billy getting medical treatment or does it have anything to do with Adam?

Billy needs professional counseling. He needs to confess his problems to his wife and I’m certain that she would agree that he needs to seek professional counseling in order to get to the root cause of his problems.
Kevin is torturing Billy, he wants him to murder Adam and I wonder if he’ll succeed,
if Adam ends up in the hospital, all hell will break loose and Victor will make sure he
faces jail time.
Agreed that would be the logical and normal way of things for sure ,but since when is that the way of these characters ! LOL
Billy. Who else would be other than himself. He’s been on a downward spiral since Adam came back to town. All of a sudden he’s Mr Sad Sack again. He and Victoria will break up again soon over the pill situation.
That is why the writers need to bring closure to the Delia hit and run. Did they somehow think faithful viewers forgot that storyline? Kevin is turning crazier than ever! He should have stayed in Seattle with Chloe and Bella, and consider himself lucky. All because the inept police dept (sorry Paul, but you were) couldn’t investigate deeply enough, and were so happy that someone could be convicted on circumstantial evidence, and they were done with the case.
