Young and the Restless Spoilers – Phyllis and Jack repair their friendship
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) meets Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) at Society. When Adam comes in, Jack notices Phyllis’ reaction and assumes the two aren’t on speaking terms. Phyllis snarks when Adam comes over to say hello to Jack. When Adam leaves, Jack once again asks what Adam did to Phyllis and what is she plotting next. Phyllis says she doesn’t want to talk about Adam, then tells Jack the reason she invited him to lunch is to repair their friendship. Jack brings up their history, and Phyllis apologizes for hurting him. Jack says whatever happened is in the past, and he’s blessed to have Phyllis as a friend again.
Young and the Restless Spoilers – Chelsea learns of Adam’s seduction plot
At Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) place, he tells Chelsea about Adam’s plot to have Phyllis seduce him. A stunned Chelsea wonders why Adam did it, then she becomes angry with Nick for not telling her sooner. When Nick suggests he and Chelsea take care of it, she says she’ll take care of it by herself, then leaves.
Chelsea storms into Adam’s place and confronts him about the seduction plot with Phyllis and Nick. He admits he did ask Phyllis to do it, but regrets his actions. Adam says he was desperate to win her back, and didn’t think she and Nick would last long. Chelsea tells Adam to quit calling the shots in her life. Adam says he thinks she’s conflicted over who she loves, then he professes his love to her. Chelsea again brings up the plot and Phyllis. Adam asks Chelsea to admit that she loves him. Chelsea tells him that he’s confused, but he says that he needs her, they need to be a family again. She tells him to quit chasing the past. Adam says that Nick makes Chelsea feel safe, but if she stays with Adam, he can make her feel whole.

Later at Crimson Lights, Phyllis sits with Nick, who says he told Chelsea about Adam’s seduction plot. He talks about Adam doing damage control, and Phyllis says that Nick’s worried Chelsea will fall for it. Nick drops the subject as he and Phyllis talk about their friendship. Summer Newman (Hunter King) comes in just as Nick gets called away to New Hope. When Summer asks if there’s anything romantic going on with Phyllis and Nick, Phyllis denies it by saying Nick’s life is too complicated.
Young and the Restless Spoilers – Kyle and Theo’s arguing continues
At Jabot, Theo with Summer’s help, reveals his contest idea. Kyle is impressed and compliments Theo. Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) arrives with lunch, and as they group dives into the food, Lola mentions that Theo’s been taste-testing her new recipes.
Later Lola and Kyle kiss, while Theo and Summer secretly watch. Summer once again rags on Theo about wanting Lola, and he accuses her of wanting Kyle. Summer and Lola then leave as Kyle and Theo get back to work. Once again they arguing about their project, and they start to bicker about their past in New York as Jack arrives. Jack asks Theo to leave so he can talk to Kyle alone.

Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) is at his penthouse when he receives a call from Jill, who’ll meet him later.
Jill is at the Grand Phoenix when Chance arrives to check in. He and Jill chat for a bit. He talks about his visit with Nina Webster (Tricia Cast). When talk turns to Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers), Chance says he hasn’t found him yet. Chance then tells Jill that he’ll be working for the Genoa City police department, and Jill is less than thrilled. She wonders if that will be enough to keep him happy. When Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) comes by to ask Chance to come with her, Jill realizes the reason Chance is staying in town. Chance admits he and Abby are dating, and Jill says the main thing is his happiness, but she promises she’ll be sticking around to meddle in his life.

Later Abby and Chance are flirting when she’s called away to tend to a task. When she comes back, she asks Chance to be her date to the New Year’s Eve party, and he accepts.
Jill arrives at Devon’s place and asks how he’s doing. He says he’s fine, but Jill knows it’s hard because it’s the first Christmas without Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John). Devon says it has been hard, but Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) has been a huge support. They talk about Devon’s upcoming trip to London, and Jill apologizes for Colin scamming him. Jill promises they’ll get the money back, and Devon says he still has his suspicions about Cane Ashby (Daniel Goodard), but says whoever is involved will pay.
