Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor Newman Throws Adam Out as Custody Battle Continues

On “The Young and the Restless,” Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will throw Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) out of his property as the custody battle for Christian Newman (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) takes a step further.

Adam pulls out all the stops to fight for his son and makes a bold move by suing Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) for full custody. However, Victor makes it clear, as he orders Adam out of the tack house, whose side he is on. Even though he gives Nick his full support, Adam doesn’t budge and will do everything he can to be a father to Christian.

Meanwhile, Victor tries to enjoy the time he shares with his family. Viewers may recall that he’s been diagnosed with a rare blood disease that could kill him. Along with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas), Victor looks on at Christian, who is wearing a baseball uniform and playing with his father Nick.

At first he tries not to take sides between Nick and Adam, especially since he is still trying to patch things up with the latter. That sight and the special bonding they share may move Victor and influence his decision to ask Adam to drop the lawsuit.

As expected, Adam will refuse and this takes the tension among the Newmans a step further as Victor throws him out of the tack house. Despite that, Adam feels confident that he will win the lawsuit even if he doesn’t have the support of Victor because he’s got DNA on his side.

However, spoilers reveal that Adam shouldn’t get ahead of himself as he might find a true nemesis in Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). While in Vegas, Phyllis will find something she can use against Adam once she returns in town. The portrayer of Phyllis, Michelle, is set to return to “The Young and the Restless” on June 17 and when she does, she’ll sure to create trouble for several characters and Adam is on top of her list.

What could Phyllis possibly have against Adam? Will this affect his custody battle? Did Victor make the right decision to choose Nick’s side?
