The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will see Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) true colors come out in an upcoming episode of The Young and The Restless!
The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Was Suspicious Of Adam Newman’s “Good Behavior”
Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall in a recent episode that Adam had gone over to the Newman Ranch to talk about problems with the farm in Kansas where he grew up, and was immediately met with suspicion by Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) as well as Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
Adam did seem like he was just trying to be nice and bury the hatchet with his family, but they wouldn’t accept it – he even tried to make peace with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordman) earlier – basing it on their commonality of the same father but two different mothers – and she blew him off too.
While at the ranch, Adam had mentioned running into his childhood friend Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenica) and had asked Victor if the name rang a bell, and Victor got a worried look on his face. Adam was fishing for a response, and Victor picked up on it – after he left he told Nikki “that boy is up to something” although he did regret not spending more time with Adam when he was a child. Adam didn’t find out Victor was his birth father until he was an adult, even though Victor knew he had a son in rural Kansas. Victor took it Adam was sucking up to the family because he was up to something – and Adam is – he is up to find out the truth about Victor, his stepfather’s death, and Alyssa’s father’s death!

Y&R Spoilers – Victor Newman Pulls Out A File Of Newspaper Clippings
Earlier in the week, once family members had left and Victor was alone, Victor pulled out a secret file he had kept of newspaper clippings about the deaths of Cliff Wilson (uncast character) and AJ Montalvo (uncast character). Cliff had been killed in an accident with a drunk driver, while AJ had fallen out of a high window in a hay barn to his death. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) had just been to the Newman Ranch checking out Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) had suggested Victoria go to a spa but Victor put the kibosh on it.
Victoria had told Victor she couldn’t run from what had happened to her, and Victor knew what she meant – he had told her he had dealt with attempts on family members’ lives before, and done things he had lived to regret. Now, Victor has to keep Adam from digging up the years-old secret that he’s carefully kept buried!

Victor has a secret in Kansas, and Adam has a secret in Las Vegas. Victor doesn’t act on his plan to keep Adam quiet – or at least ineffective – right away, because he has his own investigation to pursue. He has to find out just how much Adam has dug up on him first from back in Kansas, and Victor finds out that Adam actually has dug up quite a bit with his friend Alyssa also digging things up. He now sees his son’s true colors and knows what he’s up to – to dig up a secret kept for years that could put Victor in prison and ruin the legacy he has worked so hard to create!
