Young and the Restless Spoilers: Wednesday, April 22 – Adam Can’t Believe Victor’s Accusation – Phyllis Gets An Idea – Alyssa Turns Victoria Down

The Young and the Restless: Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, April 22, tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will accuse Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) of lying about how AJ Montalvo died. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will leave the men to talk privately, with Adam warning his father that if he continues down this path, he’ll suffer the consequences. Victor will say that he has no other choice.

Adam will find it unfathomable that Victor is accusing him of being a cold-blooded killer as an 11-year-old, but Victor will tell him that he wasn’t – rather, he was scared out of his mind. Adam won’t be able to comprehend what Victor is telling him, and he’ll continue to insist that Victor killed AJ and paid the coroner off to cover up the murder.

But Victor will tell a different story – that AJ confronted Hope Wilson (Signy Coleman) and threatened her, then Adam tackled AJ to protect his mom. Adam will insist that he doesn’t remember any of that happening, and Victor will say that he blocked out the memories. Victor will say that Hope called him to the farm, where Adam was catatonic.

Then the farm caretaker moved the body to the barn per Victor so that they could say that AJ’s death was due to a fall from the loft. Victor will explain that this is the reason that Adam and his mom didn’t attend AJ’s funeral – Hope didn’t want to possibly jog Adam’s memories.

Adam will be horrified that Victor is using his mother as part of this lie, and Adam will insist that he has evidence that Victor is the one who killed AJ. Victor will say that there’s no proof he was involved at all. Victor will note that this horrible story never had to come out, but thanks to Adam it has. Victor will say that if Adam tells this story, his life will be ruined, and Adam will say, “We’ll see.”

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Alyssa Montalvo Tells Victoria Newman She’s Done With The Newman Family

Next on Y&R, in Alyssa Montalvo’s (Maria DiDomenico) hotel room at the Grand Phoenix, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will offer Alyssa protection from Victor’s threats. Alyssa will reveal that she knows the truth about who killed her father, and that’s why she’s leaving. Victoria will say that Adam shouldn’t get a free pass.

Alyssa will tell Victoria that they should have compassion for Adam. Victoria won’t have it, and she’ll say that she hates what Adam has done to their family. Victoria and Alyssa will argue for a while, then ultimately Alyssa will say that she doesn’t owe Victoria anything and wants nothing more to do with the Newman family.

Y&R Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Gets A Bright Idea About Abby Newman’s Construction Project

Next on Y&R, down in the Grand Phoenix lobby, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will arrive to see Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). The construction noise will be loud as they talk, rehashing what happened with Theo Vanderway’s (Tyler Johnson) firing and touching on Phyllis and Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) reunion.

Jack will then get a call from someone at a Jabot construction site – as it turns out, the site was discovered to have fossils in the ground, and that will give Phyllis an idea about her current situation with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and the construction of her hotel across the street. Phyllis will think that bones might be the answer to her problems.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Expresses His Regrets About His Relationship with Theo Vanderway

Next on Y&R, over at Jabot, Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will be happy about their big win, but Summer will think that Kyle doesn’t seem to be happy that Theo’s finally gone. Kyle will be feeling conflicted about his win and about what ultimately happened to Theo.

Soon, Theo will arrive to turn in his things, but Kyle won’t be in the mood to do the usual back-and-forth with Theo. Kyle will end up stepping out of the room, and Summer will blast Theo about blowing his opportunity at Jabot. Kyle will return and wish Theo luck wherever he ends up. Later, in Kyle’s suite at the Grand Phoenix, Summer and Kyle will continue their conversation about Theo and Kyle will share his regrets.

Finally, on Wednesday’s new episode of Y&R, Theo will leave a voicemail message for Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) saying that he was let go from Jabot and that he misses her. Theo will sadly note that he could use a good pep talk right about now, as it’s his birthday.

    I do not feel bad for Adam. He always has felt like and outsider. I some ways he is by the way he treat Victor his father, blaming him for things in which he had no control of. At some point in Adam’s life he will regret things he has done to Victor who always tried his best to protect him from himself. Adam is a very complex individual, he doesn’t act like he’s Victor son or that he appreciate all the things that Victor has done for him and his mother Hope. He acts like he is Cliff’s son in every sense of the word. In one sense he’s a stranger to Victor, he never knew the type of man that Adam was un till he tried to poison him and that hit home. Adam needs to feel like he is apart of Newman family, but every time Victor off him and olive branch he breaks the branch and hand it back to him in some evil, mean way. Victor needs to just let him go his way and live his life. Adam has already proven to him that he doesn’t want his help so Victor let him go and make his life some place else away from G.C.

    Hell no. Adam deserves the worst. He is horrible horrible person. Can’t stand him or Chelsea. Cut them down to the core!!!!
