Young and the Restless Spoilers: Wednesday, March 11 – Nick & Nikki Fear The Worst – Abby Wages War – Billy Considers Jill’s Offer

Young and the Restless Nikki NewmanThe Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, March 11, tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will make preparations to publicly announce that the new Newman Enterprises CEO is Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

Meanwhile, at their penthouse, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will talk about the situation. Adam will think that Nick only took the job to prevent him from getting it. Adam will be sure that Victor will oversee Nick’s every move, and Chelsea will think that Adam will at some point make his move. Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) will then call Adam, asking him to meet.

Later, Chance and Adam will meet at Society. Chance will say that they don’t need to worry about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) anymore, but he’ll still have a few loose ends to deal with. They’ll also talk about Nick becoming Newman Enterprises’ new CEO, as Chance shows Adam the press release about it.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victoria Newman’s Behavior Sparks Concern

Next on Y&R, over at the Newman Ranch, Nick will talk with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) about becoming CEO. She’ll wonder if he’s up for the job, and she’ll seem agitated as she laments about how she’s unable to do her job and will have to be away from the family company.

Later, while Victoria is sleeping, Nick will ask Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) about how Victoria is doing, and he’ll express his concern for her. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will arrive to examine Victoria, and she’ll mention that she just wants to sleep. Nikki will ask Nate privately what’s going on with her daughter, and Nate will remind Nikki that Victoria had PTSD in the past, and that she needs time.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Summers Reveals Another Recording In A Safe Deposit Box

Next on Y&R, at the Grand Phoenix, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis will get into it. Billy will learn that Phyllis now owns the hotel, and he’ll say that the whole buyout probably wasn’t pretty. Phyllis will comment on how he’s judging her, then she’ll make a comment about the knife in Victoria’s back. They’ll each apologize for their words.

Phyllis will then snark at Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and they’ll trade barbs about the hotel, with Abby mentioning her new property that will go across the street. Phyllis will mention the break-in in her room to Abby, then note that she had a back-up plan in place, suggesting that there’s nothing safer than a safe deposit box.

Later, Chance will arrive at the hotel and learn from Abby that Phyllis has a copy of the recording in a safe deposit box. Chance will want to find it and destroy it, too. Abby will say that she has a plan – she can impersonate Phyllis and get to the recording. Chance will think her impression is good, and Abby will say that nobody will stop her from getting that recording.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Ashley Abbott & Billy Abbott Catch Up

Next on Y&R, at Jabot, Billy will talk with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), who will want to know how Billy is doing after everything that’s happened. Billy will say that she’s the first person who’s asked him that. Billy will relay that Ripley Turner (Christian Keyes) pled guilty so there will be no trial. Billy will rehash details from that terrible night, and Ashley will listen.

She’ll then urge Billy to take Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) offer to work at Chancellor. Billy will say that he’ll talk with Jill about it. Talk will turn to Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams), and Ashley will say that she doesn’t know who she is or where she is anymore. Ashley will say that she’s having a hard time with it, and that she doesn’t know how to say goodbye.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Chelsea Lawson Announces Her Engagement To Adam Newman

Next on Y&R. Chelsea will catch up with Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson), letting her friend know that she and Adam are now engaged. Chloe won’t be thrilled by the news, but Chelsea will defend her relationship with Adam. Chloe will ultimately be happy for Chelsea, but she’ll say that Adam had better take good care of her.

Over at Newman Enterprises, Nick will confront Victor about the online press release indicating that his taking over the CEO spot is permanent. Victor will say that the job will belong to Victoria again in the future. They’ll discuss Adam as well, with Nick saying that he figures Adam is preparing to make some sort of move now. Victor will want to focus on protecting his legacy.

Finally, on Wednesday’s new episode of Y&R, Adam will arrive home to the penthouse. Chelsea will present him with three tickets to Kansas so they can plan their wedding. She’ll promise him that he’s going to get everything that he wants.
