Many Y&R fans wonder how it could be that Calvin Boudreau (John Burke) would die so suddenly. They think there is something fishy about the whole thing and they wonder if Chelsea is pulling yet another big con.
There are a few possibilities on this. One is Calvin never died and they are both pulling a con on the Newmans. Let’s assume she found out that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is alive and she felt they were easy targets.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nick Welcomed Chelsea Back With Open Arms
Chelsea knew that Nick still loved her and if she showed up, he would want to talk to her. It isn’t hard to figure that out. He was head over heels in love with her.
If Chelsea could convince Nick that she loves him and wants to be with him, she may be able to scam him out of money. It isn’t a stretch considering how trusting Nick is with her.

Another possibility is Chelsea is really loves him. Perhaps she really has feelings for Nick and she really doesn’t want to be with Adam. It seems strange that she wants to turn her back on Adam, but I suppose that she could be angry with him for not dying and turning her world upside down.
However, it works out, Chelsea will face tough questions about Calvin’s death. Y&R spoilers tease Phyllis Abbott (Michelle Stafford) will suggest that Chelsea could have poisoned or somehow killed Calvin. She isn’t sure what her reason would be but she knows she cannot trust a word that Chelsea utters after the con she pulled in 2017 on Fenmore’s.

So, as the week progresses, we’ll find out more about Calvin’s death and where Chelsea’s head is at with the Newman brothers. Right now, it looks like she still is in love Nick, but we probably shouldn’t underestimate Adam because he is determined to win his family back.

I hope he is dead. He was controlling in his short stint on y&r. He could be the con and told Chelsea if she doesn’t con the Newman’s he will see that Adam gets Conner. Or Adam and Calvin could have set up the con together. Adam could have paid him to get custody of Conner and maybe even leave Chelsea. Money always talks no matter the situation.

To be honest with you all I’m to the point of don’t know don’t care. All the soaps still on t.v. have just got stupid.
Adam needs to leave Christian alone, he find with Nick. He doesn’t need to try to take Christian from Nick, he may need to take Connor from Chelsea. Calvin’s death was sudden, he must have a very weak heart unless this is something he cooked up with Adam. I smell foul play if the old man is dead. what ever the reason, nobody deserve to go to jail for it unless its Adam. He is just that nasty, he will kill to get Chelsea and Connor back. Thing about that is he should not have faked his death in the first place. Now less move on to something else, enough about the worn out relationship between these people, Chelsea, Nick and Adam. Phyllis why is she always sticking her nose where it doesn’t belong as if she is pure a drippling snow. Adam should become her lover and leave Connor and Chelesa alone. Since he seen to always talk to her about what he is going to do, they both need each other, they’ll make a nasty couple and nobody will care. Nick needs a new woman to come into his life and help raise Christian. Not Sharon either leave her with Rey she is fine with him, and about time she moved on from the Newman men.

I think Adam did it, he saw Calvin He will do anything to get his kids. Adam does not deserve any of his kids. He is mean and a son of a bitch.
Nick is still in love with Sharon and always will be but he always has women on the side so it’s hard to say where this will go with Chelsea.
