Young and The Restless Spoilers: What Is Chelsea’s Real Reason For Turning To Nick?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) may have another reason to turn to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) than meets the eye. It may seem that Nick is being kind and she feel close to him, but it could be just another con she is pulling.

Many Y&R fans wonder how it could be that Calvin Boudreau (John Burke) would die so suddenly. They think there is something fishy about the whole thing and they wonder if Chelsea is pulling yet another big con.

There are a few possibilities on this. One is Calvin never died and they are both pulling a con on the Newmans. Let’s assume she found out that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is alive and she felt they were easy targets.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nick Welcomed Chelsea Back With Open Arms

Chelsea knew that Nick still loved her and if she showed up, he would want to talk to her. It isn’t hard to figure that out. He was head over heels in love with her.

If Chelsea could convince Nick that she loves him and wants to be with him, she may be able to scam him out of money. It isn’t a stretch considering how trusting Nick is with her.

Another possibility is Chelsea is really loves him. Perhaps she really has feelings for Nick and she really doesn’t want to be with Adam. It seems strange that she wants to turn her back on Adam, but I suppose that she could be angry with him for not dying and turning her world upside down.

However, it works out, Chelsea will face tough questions about Calvin’s death. Y&R spoilers tease Phyllis Abbott (Michelle Stafford) will suggest that Chelsea could have poisoned or somehow killed Calvin. She isn’t sure what her reason would be but she knows she cannot trust a word that Chelsea utters after the con she pulled in 2017 on Fenmore’s.

So, as the week progresses, we’ll find out more about Calvin’s death and where Chelsea’s head is at with the Newman brothers. Right now, it looks like she still is in love Nick, but we probably shouldn’t underestimate Adam because he is determined to win his family back.
