The Young And The Restless Summer Newman (Hunter King) isn’t necessarily a villain but she sure has been a hellion this year. Summer has done anything and everything she can to hurt her parents this year. Summer’s goal in life this year was blowing Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) life to pieces so she can have him to herself.

Summer could have a chance to become a good and outstanding person if her mother wasn’t encouraging her to keep up this behavior. However, with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) as her mother and role model, this girl doesn’t stand a chance.

Hopefully, Summer will eventually outgrow her mother’s influence and become a better person. Maybe Summer will even find someone who loves her for herself and wants to be with her. Summer does need to learn that manipulation doesn’t get you anywhere but alone.

This person is a fan favorite and a recently returned villain. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is a Newman and feels like he owns the world. Adam is hands down the best villain of the year and here’s why.

The Young and The Restless’ Adam was found alive in Las Vegas and the return to Genoa City was imminent. Adam was never dull. This man has complicated relationships with everyone in his life. Adam is intriguing, interesting and sometimes brutal. Adam may have lost his memory but all it took was him being shot to bring it back.

The Young and The Restless’ Adam doesn’t really give a damn about anything or anyone. Adam doesn’t care what anyone thinks, he doesn’t care what anyone feels and he doesn’t care who he hurts. It doesn’t matter what people have to say about him, what people think about him or where they want him to go. Adam can be mean and ornery and he just doesn’t care. However, going up against him is not something one wants to do very often. Fighting with Adam can be exhausting.
