Young And The Restless Spoilers: Devon Hamilton Removes Wedding Ring
Y&R sources tease that it is going to be an awfully hard week for many of the citizens in Genoa City. Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) finds a little joy as he removes his wedding ring; acknowledging that life is moving on after Hilary Curtis’ (Mishael Morgan) death.
Early in the week, Devon is rocked by the death of his father, Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) when he finds him dead inside the penthouse. His death will devastated several people as Lily Winters Ashby (Christel Khalil) freaks out on Dr. Nate Hastings (Brooks Darnell) for not noticing something was wrong with her dad.
Y&R Spoilers: Malcolm Winters Returns to Genoa City
Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) returns to Genoa City to help and comfort Neil’s kids, Devon and mourn the loss of his brother and their dad. On Friday’s episode, everyone gathers for a Celebration of Life for Neil; including Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), Jill Abbott (Jess Walkton), Sofia Dupree Winters (Julia Pace Mitchell) and Angell Conwell (Leslie Michaelson).
The Young and the Restless spoilers show Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) has reason to celebrate after the successful opening of her and Devon’s restaurant, ‘Society.’ Her happiness might not last long as she finds out that Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez) is pregnant. How will she react to Mia possibly having a baby with her ex-fiance, Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela)?

The y&r writers will never allow the destruction of Jabot. The Company and John Abbott’s legacy will go on, with Jack at the helm, where he belongs. I am not at all pleased with the current Ashley storyline. The writers could have come up with something else, since Eileen was “voluntarily” leaving the show. The writers have now made Ashley into a villan, out to destroy her Father’s company. Not Ashley’s style. Pleased to see the Neil Winters tribute episodes coming this week. He was a fine actor, gone too soon. Hoping for much better storylines for all, EXCEPT SUMMER, who needs to GO, PERMANENTLY, AND RIGHT NOW!
I had read that Victoria Rowell (Drew) was coming back for the funeral but I didn’t see her among the people at the funeral and she was mentioned during the service as being gone. I guess she was likely off camera as it would have been impossible to show her at the funeral. They also said the girl who played Hillary (Devon’s wife) was coming back for the funeral but she must have also been off camera. It was very hard to watch as you knew the tears were real and not forced. Very emotional.
She will be on a special episode of the Talk remembering him.
