This is scary! And yet another turn in an increasingly chilling mystery involving the dead man, J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill).
Who has a history of kidnapping? Why, Ian Ward (Ray Wise) for one. Yes, it would be fitting to see this rascal revealed soon.
So, then how would Kerry be involved? Well, we don’t know if she is doing so willingly, or how she would be linked to this outstanding character actor.

Longtime Y&R fans know that Jack has forever been synced to kooky characters. His love efforts have often resulted in heartbreak and regularly are connected to criminal femme fatale’s.
Viewers know that Phyllis’ (Gina Tognoni), Jack’s two-time wife, moral antenna is bent. So, when recruiting Kerry for the Jabot chemist position, Miss Summer’s surely wouldn’t have picked up on any amorality.
A cryptic scene last week showed Kerry with the syringe Jack’s now found. At the time she was speaking via smartphone to an unknown individual and was said to be on her way to that individual.
It would make most sense if Kerry is simply helping a diabetic family member, or friend. Wouldn’t an uplifting plot point make more sense, then apparently needing to write this new character off?
Where was that destination? Who was Miss Johnson going to see?
It would fit with Y&R’s tradition to have yet another of Jack’s love attempts turn out to be implicated in one of the most notorious deaths in recent Genoa City history. If so, this will be a shame, as Hunter’s alluring character seemed to be a sweet soul who was just beginning to drop her guard. Maybe, she’ll prove to be redeemable, Jack.
