Just as she’s about to glide down the aisle, her grandmother Shirley Spectra suddenly appears like a sequined fairy godmother and escorts the bride herself.
Billy compliments his bride on looking absolutely stunning, and remarkably, the man has understated the moment.
When the minister asks who presents this woman, Shirley, with impeccable comedic timing, declares, “Depends on the price! He’s loaded.”
Billy suggests they can sort out the details later. Shirley warmly offers her approval.

The Minister Mentions His Family History With The Abbotts
The minister explains that his father was close with Billy’s late father and that he grew up hearing countless stories about Billy.
Sally speaks first, describing how she feels transported to another world.
With tears streaming down her face, she shares that life has seldom treated her this kindly, though she always believed she’d meet someone capable of loving her completely.
She thought she’d found that person several times, but each painful ending guided her toward her true destiny.
Sally Says Billy Keeps Her Grounded
Billy keeps Sally grounded when emotions overwhelm her, consistently providing exactly what she needs.
She’s grateful to be with a wonderful man who embraces life’s adventures.
Billy wipes away a tear and channels the Roaring Twenties, calling her the bee’s knees, the ginchiest, and forever hotsy-totsy.
He could spend hours celebrating how remarkable she is and how fortunate he feels that she accepted his proposal.
Sally has transformed him into a better version of himself, and he’s never felt more prepared for what lies ahead.
Billy And Sally Exchange Vows, Jill’s Health Crisis Revealed
Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) brings attention to the rings. The couple exchanges them, recites the minister’s words, and is declared husband and wife.
They kiss, guests cheer, and Audra finally releases all her tension.
During the reception, Billy receives a call from his uncle, Snapper Foster (David Hasselhoff), who has included Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) in a three-way conversation.
Billy immediately asks whether his mother is well.
His worst fear is confirmed: Jill Abbott (Jess Walton), the only guest absent from the wedding, has suffered a heart attack.
The devastating news follows earlier warnings about Jill’s serious wedding storyline.
Shirley Introduces Herself To Billy
Following the vows, Shirley approaches the groom and explains her presence by crediting her sister.
The newlyweds circulate through the crowd, gathering embraces, and Sally gains acceptance into the Abbott family.
Even Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), who spent the morning expressing concerns, compliments Sally’s touching vows and offers her a warm embrace.
Audra responds with appropriate skepticism when Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) compliments her appearance.
Chelsea Introduces Lauren To Coco
Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) introduces Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) to Coco Spectra (Ashley Campbell), only to discover Lauren already knows her.
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) escorts his wife away before any nostalgic moments can unfold.
Meanwhile, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) initiates an uncomfortable conversation.
Cane asks Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) whether she envisions planning a comparable celebration.
She reminds him she’s not prepared for that commitment, and he accepts her answer.
The guests then head to the lounge for dancing.
Lily And Traci Talk Before Cane Sweeps Traci Onto The Dance Floor
Downstairs, Lily and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) share a quiet moment about small miracles before Cane sweeps Traci onto the dance floor.
Lauren joins Michael and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), warning her husband never to leave her alone with his mother again.
Cane and Billy exchange words, with Billy expressing gratitude for getting Traci to smile.
Billy admits he wishes Jill were present and hopes she’ll be there for her grandchild’s birth.
Cane glances at Lily across the room, noting that frightening moments reveal how deeply we value someone.
Everyone Marvels At How The Kids Have Grown
Johnny Abbott discusses Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) enthusiasm for his new school with Adam and Chelsea.
Cane finds Lily and assumes she’s stressed about exams, but she’s actually reflecting on their weddings.
He invites her to dance.
At a nearby table, Traci, Ashley, and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) remark on how quickly Johnny, Katie, and Kyle have grown up.
Ashley comments on the irony of children aging without self-awareness.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) later chats with Adam and Chelsea, and they praise Billy’s restraint.
Adam notes that Billy hasn’t given him cause for concern.
However, when Adam attempts to congratulate Billy, the groom suspects hidden criticism and refuses his handshake.
Sally Starts Having Pains
In the bridal suite, Coco and Audra tell Sally that the entire day has resembled a cinematic experience.
Sally admits she couldn’t have imagined this scenario a year ago.
The conversation turns to Adam, with Coco revealing how difficult it was to resist giving him a piece of her mind.
Sally decides to coordinate her outfit with the note Billy presented to her.
After changing, a sharp pain grips her.
She settles onto the bed and manages her breathing through the discomfort, pleading with them not to tell Billy.
Sally insists the baby is simply excited.
The group heads downstairs, where Adam secretly overhears their conversation about Sally’s discomfort.
Sally Goes Into Labor — Her Water Breaks With Adam!
As the two-week spoilers warned about Sally’s baby emergency, the wedding celebration is about to take another shocking turn.
Sally suddenly has an idea and returns upstairs alone, with Adam following behind.
He knocks on her suite door and offers his congratulations privately.
Adam acknowledges Billy’s feelings about his presence but emphasizes that Sally’s happiness is his only concern.
Sally thanks him, but another wave of pain strikes.
Adam suggests she contact someone for help.
This time, Sally suspects the contractions are more serious than Braxton Hicks.
Then her water breaks!
In an unbelievable twist, Adam is the only person in the room with Sally as her baby prepares to arrive.
Shirley Dispenses Advice
Back at the reception, Shirley joins Billy and his siblings, offering marital advice.
She notes that their collective wisdom comes from a group with more marriages than a Vegas chapel.
Billy adores them, and they embrace.
Kyle tells Victoria how tempting it is to pull her into a closet, but their aunts interrupt with childhood stories about him.
Audra notices them together and asks about Vibrante’s status. They promise explosive developments.
Meanwhile, Pietro (Jai Rodriguez) pitches Michael a Batman-themed anniversary party.
Lauren tells Chelsea she’s looking forward to seeing Sally’s reception gown, and they both wonder where the bride has disappeared to.
Annemarie’s Take
Billy and Sally finally get their dream wedding, but the happiness certainly doesn’t last long!
I think Adam being alone with Sally when her water breaks is going to cause serious trouble. Billy already dislikes Adam’s involvement, and now Adam could end up helping deliver his baby!
And Jill’s heart attack couldn’t have come at a worse time. Billy may have to choose between being with his mother and supporting Sally.
Do you think Adam will deliver Sally’s baby? And will Jill survive her health crisis?
