‘Y&R’ Early Week Spoilers Dec 22-26: Matt’s Cruel Twist, Victor’s Major Sacrifice, Michael’s Dilemma

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of December 22 suggest some twists! For one thing, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) plans on getting revenge.

Michael Baldwin’s Dilemma

Let’s start off with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc). Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will turn to her old friend for help. With Victor’s strike at Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), things have really spiraled. Diane wants Michael to help her take down Victor.

That’s a tall order as Michael has always been very loyal to Victor. At the same time, Michael didn’t approve of him targeting Jack either.

Matt Clark’s Cruel Twist

Fans know that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) laid some traps just in case Matt came to Genoa City. However, the man is already in town and making bold moves.

Matt will have Detective Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge) ambush Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun). While the dirty detective is doing that mission, Matt will focus on getting revenge on the Newman family.

With Matt blaming everyone on the Newman family, it won’t just be Sienna that is at risk. The villain wants to also take down Nick, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), Noah Newman (Lucas Adams), and the rest of them!

Christmas Special Episode

The Young and the Restless spoilers for next week reveal that we will see some holiday scenes. VIctor and Nikki will have a reminder, so this could help them overcome the Abbott situation.

Nikki is pretty pissed and she could give Victor an ultimatum of her own. Nikki has always stayed with Victor and loves him dearly, but this could cause friction in her marriage if it isn’t fixed.

As for Jack and Diane, they will celebrate with their family as well. Jack has put Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) on a mission. They need Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) help. However, will her price be worth it? 

Phyllis wanted Jabot for herself, so will Jack agree? In the end, will Phyllis earn redemption and score a CEO spot at Jabot?

Holiday Schedule

As for the holiday schedule, we will see a holiday episode on December 24. Then, a repeat will air on Christmas Day. After that, expect to get back to business and drama in Genoa City!
