‘Y&R’ Early Week Spoilers Jan 12-16: Mariah’s Crime, Finding Matt, Cane’s 180

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of January 12 suggest some curveballs! Fans can expect Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) to commit a crime. Everyone will be on red alert for Matt Clark (Roger Howarth).

Plus, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) turns to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) once again. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Jack Abbott’s Risky Deal

Let’s start off with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), who found out some intel from Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

The young man told Jack and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) about Matt. Kyle thinks that they can strike a deal with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

However, that is a huge risk as Matt is extremely dangerous. 

Back to Victor, he will mull over Jack’s deal. Victor might ask for Michael Baldwin’s (Christian LeBlanc) advice. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) might also try to push Victor to take Jack’s deal.

Finding Matt Clark

However, someone still needs to capture Matt. Victor already wiped him out financially. So, the man can’t go too far and could still be in Genoa City, thirsty for revenge.

Meanwhile, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be recovering from a broken leg and surgery. Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will stick close to his side, but they will both be worried about Matt.

Cane Ashby’s 180

The Young and the Restless spoilers for next week reveal that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) left town. Although Cane is heartbroken, he will have a new focus soon enough.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will try to convince Cane to join her in a scheme to take over the world!

Mariah Copeland’s Crime

There is also Mariah, who suddenly checked out of the mental health clinic. Now she is in a motel with nobody but a hallucination to keep her company.

Ian Ward (Ray Wise) is trying to push Mariah to drop her loved ones to do “important work.”

However, Mariah keeps bringing up Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (last played by Rainn and River Ware).

It wasn’t just once but multiple times. Could Abby Winters’ (Melissa Ordway) son be kidnapped? If Mariah feels she can’t have Aria Copeland-Porter (Millie and Maddie Ingles), she could target Dominic. 

Meanwhile, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) should continue getting closer to Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Michael Grazeidei).

While Phyllis keeps warning Daniel, it’s falling on deaf ears. Will Tessa and Daniel be the next supercouple, or could TERIAH make a comeback?
