‘Y&R’ Early Week Spoilers Oct 26-30: Adam Defies Victor, Chelsea’s Jealousy & Nick’s Arrest Nightmare

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of October 26 reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) may issue orders, but no one is bothering to follow them.

Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will realize that trouble is brewing, and she may not be able to stop the fallout.

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is stirring up more trouble, as if he didn’t have enough on his plate already, and much more.

Key Takeaways

  • Adam could ignore Victor’s warning about Sally.
  • Chelsea fears Adam is becoming too attached.
  • Lily celebrates her cancer-free test results.
  • Kyle and Victoria continue their dangerous scheme.
  • Nick could face arrest as Matt’s troubles escalate.

Adam Newman Ignores Victor Newman’s Orders

Victor is about to realize that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will end up concentrating way too much on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and her daughter instead of his own family.

After all, Adam delivered Sally’s baby, and chances are he’s regretting that this baby is not his.

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will end up going to London to check on his mother, creating an opportunity.

As Adam’s unexpected role in Sally’s delivery has already stirred up painful emotions, Billy’s absence could make the situation even more complicated.

Adam may decide it’s his place to be there for Sally and the baby while Billy is off seeing his mother, which Sally will likely insist he do.

Victor will no doubt notice and order Adam to back off.

Adam has his own family, and Sally is in the past.

This doesn’t mean Adam will listen, and it could very well lead to Chelsea having concerns, too.

Chelsea Lawson Smells Trouble

Chelsea was at Billy and Sally’s wedding, and she’s the one who asked Adam to come with her.

Chelsea had no idea that Adam would end up delivering Sally’s baby or becoming fixated on the two of them.

After all, Adam and Chelsea have been together for a long time, and he said he wanted them to be a family.

Why is Adam suddenly drawn to Sally and her baby girl?

Billy wants to make sure Sally and the baby are okay before he takes off for London.

However, Billy will eventually leave, and he’ll be there with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman), just in case Jill Abbott (most recently played by Lauren Koslow) passes away.

Sally wants nothing more than for Billy to make peace with his mother before it’s too late.

With Billy already facing a heartbreaking decision over Jill’s health crisis, Chelsea may have good reason to worry about what happens while he’s away.

Lily Winters Celebrates Good News

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will share her test results with Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).

This may have been a false alarm, but all three of them were very worried about these results and will certainly take a few moments to celebrate her good fortune and look forward to the future.

Lily’s results have confirmed that her cancer has not returned, giving her and her family a much-needed reason to celebrate.

As much as Cane would like to be there to celebrate, he cannot miss seeing Jill, just in case this is his last chance to see her before she passes.

However, that doesn’t mean Lily won’t consider everything she and Cane have talked about concerning getting remarried.

Will Lily take this good fortune as a sign?

Kyle Abbott And Victoria Newman’s Plan

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will continue with their plans to make it look like they’re fighting, even though they’ve been sleeping together for weeks.

Unfortunately, this plan could backfire if they aren’t careful.

Could this lead Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) to go after Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) with a vengeance?

As Victoria and Kyle’s secret relationship continues to threaten their families, pretending to hate each other could attract even more unwanted attention.

Meanwhile, Nick could find himself in a jail cell, even though he doesn’t believe the charges will stick.

However, this will put him out of commission if something happens with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Matt Clark (Roger Howarth).

Will Sharon go through with helping Matt with his mental health struggles, or will she walk away after one session?

Annemarie’s Take

I think Adam is heading for trouble, and Chelsea can probably see it coming a mile away.

I understand why delivering Sally’s baby brought back painful memories for Adam, but that doesn’t mean he needs to become part of Sally and Billy’s family.

And if Victor tells Adam to stay away, we all know how well Adam usually responds to being given orders!

As for Victoria and Kyle, I don’t think their plan to pretend they hate each other is going to fool everyone for very long.

The more attention they draw to themselves, the more suspicious people could become.

I’m also relieved that Lily’s cancer scare turned out to be a false alarm. She’s been through enough, and I’d much rather see her enjoying life than facing another health crisis.

But Nick possibly ending up behind bars while Matt is still causing problems? That’s the last thing Sharon needs right now.

Do you think Adam is becoming too attached to Sally and her baby, or is Chelsea worrying about nothing?
