Y&R spoilers for the week of September 16 reveal that the stakes for Sharon – and others in Genoa City – will skyrocket. Sharon has been hallucinating Cameron quite a lot lately. Sharon also imagined Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes).

However, Cameron is the most disturbing hallucination as it seems Sharon is starting to view him as a friend rather than a monster.

Cameron will keep pushing Sharon to get revenge in a very sinister way. Sharon seems determined to punish Daniel Romalotti, Jr. (Michael Graziadei) in a lethal way.

However, could Sharon stop herself at the last minute? Of course, it’s also possible others will end up targeted in Cameron’s scheme, including Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) or even Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster).

While Sharon claims everything is to protect Faith, could she go overboard and hold her hostage to “save” her from Lucy?

It’s also possible that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) or Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) could end up targeted. Sharon could even hallucinate the wrong person and be horrified by her actions.

Mariah said Sharon is being honest about taking the medication, but all fans saw was a bottle of Ibuprofen. So, why is Mariah lying? Or was something not shown on-screen???

It is also teased that Billy reconsiders a proposition. This comes after a meeting with Phyllis. So, it sounds like Phyllis might end up working with Billy, so that should be interesting!
